Sea freight is billed by volume (CBM) according to the parcel category. Air freight is billed by weight, with tiered rates depending on the kilogram and parcel type (standard, sensitive, express).
You have 3 free days after notification to collect your parcel at the agency. After this period, daily storage fees apply until collection.
You receive a notification (WhatsApp) as soon as your parcel arrives at the Cameroon agency, with all the information needed for collection.
Yes. Your client area lets you track the status of your parcels, download your packing list and view your invoice history at any time.
Yes, we support the purchase, shipping and customs clearance of new or used vehicles from China, as well as a purchasing office service for bulk orders.
Yes. On the Supplier payment page, upload your supplier's Alipay or WeChat Pay QR code, enter the amount in yuan, and settle in FCFA by Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, bank transfer or cash at our Douala and Yaoundé branches.
The rate shown on the home page is today's rate. It is locked the moment you submit your request and does not move afterwards, even if the market does. There is no service fee on top of the converted amount.
No. Your customer record is created automatically from your WhatsApp number on the first request, and you receive a tracking ticket. No prior registration is required.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the transfer goes out immediately — your supplier is paid the same day. The ticket created with your request lets you check the status at any time.
Yes. You can attach several QR codes to the same request, each with its own amount and comment. The total due is the sum of all lines, so you make a single transfer.
